Blogger has been acting strange for a while, I haven't been able to put up new posts or even change my template (which is why everything is still pink ^_^)
Right now I'm in the middle of the exam period from Hell. It's not just that the courses are hard, but the exams are close together and I have lectures to attend and reports to write right up in the middle of the exam weeks. Still, it should be possible to do well if I can concentrate on studying. Started off well this week with 14 hours of studying nuclear physics on Tuesday, if I'd been able to keep that pace up I'd breeze past these exams like nothing. But I'm not made that way and have fallen to an average of about 12 hours per day. I hope it'll be enough, and if not I'll just have to live with somewhat lower grades (if I seriously try I don't think I will hate myself for it ;). I don't know how it is elsewhere, but here the entire grade is usually based on the final exam.
The thing I'm most nervous about is an oral exam in fluid mechanics. It's my first ever oral and the prof is a big, loud, angry seeming Russian. That's going to be interesting... or just plain scary. I think I have to polish up my black board technique a bit.
In any case, it'll all be over after the 22nd :), maybe I'll have to spend the 23rd writing up a couple of lab reports, but then I'll be free until mid January. I'll be spending a week in Åre skiing and I'll be moving down to the basement and finally getting out of the guest room (my little brother is moving out on Thursday, but I don't have time to move until later).
